Purrfectly Pampered Pet Spa was established in 2021 by owner Tori Dowdy as a labor of love in the sunroom of her home. Always an animal lover with four dogs of her own, Tori discovered her passion for grooming when she began grooming her family and friends’ pets at home on her days off from being a CNA. Tori’s dream was to open up a shop that the people of McDowell County could trust to give their pets a top-tier, pampered experience, just the way she would pamper her own. Tori and her dedicated team pride themselves on giving each of their furry clients the time and attention they deserve, and are thrilled to open their first store-front location in Old Fort, NC!
